The client, Michael Munion, requested a website for the Superstition Mountain Rotary Club’s 16th Annual Charity Golf Tournament.

There were specific requirements for the content that was to be displayed on the event and sponsorship pages, as well as the information to be collected on the golfer and sponsor registration pages. Other than that, full creative license was provided to theme and style the website as necessary.

Functionality wise, the online forms needed to validate the input provided to them and then send an email to the administrator to confirm registrations were entered and paid for. To handle online payments cheaply I recommended, and implemented, PayPal. To ensure registrants selected the correct option during checkout, I developed a custom script to integrate the registration and sponsorship forms with the PayPal options.

The budget was set at a total of $300.
